Kit of high performance injection parts for the PEUGEOT 405 T16 or cars with XU10J4TE engine with original ECU:
Included:
- One high flow BOSCH fuel pump, 500 hp under 2 bars (30 psi) of turbo boost. Easy installation thanks to great compatibility compared to original fuel pump: electric power and fuel inlet are 100% compatible; a banjo fitting is included for fuel outlet (no fuel line modification necessary). Requires a 60 mm holder (pump body). Small accessories are included as spare parts.
- Four SIEMENS fuel injectors, four sprays, up to 450 hp under 3 bars (45 psi) of fuel pressure (using original fuel pressure regulator). Very quiet running, perfect idle. Washers are included to seperate a little the injectors rail from intake manifold (2.5 mm thickness).
- Two 3 bars (45 psi) absolute pressure sensors from MAGNETI MARELLI. 100% compatibles with original sensors, physically and electrically.
- One ECU reprogrammation of your MAGNETI MARELLI 1AP10, specific to injectors and pressure sensors included in this kit. Turbo boost control of this program is setup for the GARRETT GT2860RS; a boost controller is required for another turbo.
ECU reprogramming upgrades:
* ignition timing
* fueling
* turbo boost control, constant overboost
* RPM limiter (default at 7200 rpm, customizable to your value)
* turbo boost unlock in 1st gear
* for strip runs: 1st gear ECU detection improved (turbo boost starts a bit sooner)
* vehicule sensor simulation for cars without sensor or CUSTOM gearbox ratios programming (requires a non-specific speed sensor)
ATTENTION: Some of the PEUGEOT 405 T16 transmission parts must be reinforced to use maximum
power in 1st gear:
* central differential: by installing reinforced pinions
* main shaft tripod changed for 1992-1993 405 T16 cars

Output power: up to about 450 hp, depending on turbocharger and intake/exhaust work . Up to about 350 hp with a GT2860RS.
