Bolt-on GT2871R kit for the PEUGEOT 405 T16 or vehicule with XU10J4TE engine.
The kit can be installed with no modifications (excepted when mentionned) on:
- original manifold
- original exhaust line
- original coolant lines (inlet front, outlet backside) are kept thanks to custom
stainless steel fitting, CNC-machined.
- oil inlet line, thanks to a custom stainless steel fitting, specially designed to reduce clogging risk.
Parts included:
- genuine GARRETT GT2871R turbocharger (visually identical to GT2860RS), turbine housing A/R = 0.64, setup and equipped
- stainless steel downpipe, TIG-welded with internal gas protection, LASER-cut 8 mm thick stainless steel flanges
- stainless steel adaptator to install turbo on original manifold, stainless steel gasket included
- all required stainless steel screws, gaskets
- ECU reprogramming for high performance fuel injection system (injectors, pressure sensors, fuel pump)
- high performance fuel injection kit included, described in "Injection parts"
- shipping back to you, with insurance
Turbo equipment, all in 304L stainless steel (SS):
- coolant fittings (2) and oil inlet fitting with low-clogging restrictor included
- TIG welded downpipe, LASER cut 8 mm flanges
- pre-mounted kit with SS screws/bolts
Accessories:
- gasket for the oil downpipe, two SS screws included
- SS screws for downpipe fixing onto original manifold
- fixing rod to hold the downpipe onto original manifold, SS screws included
Maximum output power: about 400 hp, depending on engine/head/intercooler/intake/exhaust work.
The XU10J4TE engine must be reinforced at this power level, using high performance parts: pistons/rods (eg. WOESSNER parts)
For the PEUGEOT 405 T16, reinforcing the transmission parts (transfer shafts, central differential, front differential, main shaft tripod) is required at this level
